How to Lead in Ambiguous Times

Thursday 12:00 – 1:00 PM

Session Description

We live and work in ambiguous times. Decisions have to be made quickly and decisively, even when we don’t have all the information we need to feel comfortable. As HR professionals, it often falls on us to take the lead when nobody else has the courage or knowledge to do so. This presentation will show you how to identify your own Ambiguity Comfort Score®, mine for data that isn’t readily available, connect emotionally with those who display fear or apathy, and make good decisions to overcome challenges. The outcome will be HR leaders who earn the respect of the organization and are invited to “The Table.”
