Rhonda is a Senior Partner and leader of Mercer’s Career business in the Central Market. Previously, Rhonda was leader of Mercer’s Communication and Change practice in the U.S. Based in Dallas, Texas, she specializes in working with organizations on change management strategies surrounding large-scale reorganization and transformation as well as design and implementation of short- and long-range employee communications strategies. Introducing behavior change and developing the communication strategy to support it (particularly for global organizations) can be complex for any organization; her expertise in complicated strategies has proven beneficial to many companies.
Rhonda’s experience spans 30+ years – 4 years in corporate communications and 29 in employee change/communications. Her client engagements cover a wide variety of industry segments including retail, energy, health care, entertainment, food service and technology. Her client list includes many Fortune 500 companies.
Rhonda’s work has been recognized by the International Association of Business Communicators and the Employee Benefit Communication (EBC) Awards sponsored by Business Insurance Magazine. She has also been a featured speaker at SHRM, the Conference Board, Council on Employee Benefits and other seminars. She has served on the Program Committee for the Dallas/Ft. Worth Business Group on Health. She has appeared on television speaking on topics such as global talent trends. Rhonda holds a BBA from the University of Texas at Arlington – specializing in marketing with a minor in management. She holds a Certified Marketing Director designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers. She is also a member of IABC.
