How To Build a Generational inclusive Workplace Where Everyone Wins!

Thursday 12:00 – 1:00 PM

Session Description

Let’s face it, our world is changing and our workplace should reflect those changes. For the first time in our history five generations are working side by side with different communication styles, work expectation and motivations. Being aware of the different generations around you and not only respecting them but having a true appreciation for them and their differences will create a generational inclusive workplace that is needed to drive productivity and connectivity. Building a Generational Inclusive Workplace Where Everyone Wins will tear down the generation stereotypes that divide us and create an attitude of appreciation for others and ourselves. If you want to change the completion of your organization and discover the commonality that lies within each generation, this is the presentation for you.
